Once you are in the Sealed Chamber, you will find three doors. Each door has a different symbol on it. The symbol on the left door is a triangle, the symbol on the middle door is a square, and the symbol on the right door is a circle.

To open the correct door, you will need to use the Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Each Pokémon will open one of the doors. Once you have opened all three doors, you will be able to enter the chamber where Regirock is located.
